Our 30-day happy-dog guarantee

We want you and your dog to love everything you order. If you're not happy, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

Items under $50: we'll refund you in full. There's no need to send the item back.

Items $50 and over: send the item back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full once it arrives. Contact us first and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please return the item with all its parts.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
